Notice, among other things, that the little space at the tip of Northern Virginia never quite seems to reach the crisis levels of most of the rest of the country…

The DeKalb Republican Party will be conducting Precinct Leader Training on Saturday March 27, 2010 at the Dekalb Republican Party Headquarters, 3583 Chamblee-Tucker Rd., Atlanta. Precinct leaders are where the rubber meets the road in the political process. Precinct leaders motivate Republicans in their precinct, grow the party membership, coordinate party activities, support Republican candidates, educate voters, distribute campaign materials, and most importantly Get Out The Vote on Election Day. Our goal is to compete with the Democrats in every precinct!

Mitt Romney to visit Emory University
|
My name is Alan Holcomb and I am President of the Emory chapter of the Federalist Society. My organization, along with the Emory College Republicans, is hosting former MA Gov. and Presidential candidate Mitt Romney at Emory University. The event will be held on March 30th, at 7:00 PM at Glenn Memorial Auditorium on the Emory campus. Parking is available at Lowergate South, which is next to the law school (off Clifton Road). We expect the Romney speech to last around an hour, with a short Q&A and a book signing afterwards (sponsored by Barnes and Nobles). I was hoping you could pass this info on to the Gwinnett Co. GOP e-mail listserv and anyone else you think might be interested. Thanks, and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions at
