                                       Atlanta, GA 30338

All candidates are welcome!

DeKalb GOP is very excited to have the only elected Republican in DeKalb County Commissioner Nancy Jester, as our featured speaker.

Nancy Jester is a tireless advocate for children and taxpayers in Georgia. She has grassroots experience working to improve education. She’s served on school councils and as the founding president of a public school foundation. Nancy was also elected to serve on the DeKalb Board of Education and became the first person to find and publish deceptive budgeting practices that plundered the accumulated reserves of the 3rd largest school system in Georgia.

Nancy hosts regular community meetings around the metro area; bringing together elected officials, education experts, advocates and parents to discuss current education topics in Georgia.

Commissioner Jester is the lone remaining Republican elected official in our county.

Nancy does an amazing job reach across and service across the aisle so we welcome any and all DeKalb residents.

Commissioner Jester will update us on what challenges our county faces such as:

    • Water billing issues
    • Blighted/nuisance properties
    • EPA Consent decree

Nancy is the hardest working Commissioner that DeKalb and we need to do what we can to keep her in office.

Invite your friends and neighbors who might not even know there is a GOP in DeKalb.

All candidates are welcome!

Cost $15 to cover the venue and breakfast.

A senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, von Spakovsky is manager of the think tank’s Election Law Reform Initiative, where he studies and writes about campaign finance restrictions, voter fraud and voter ID, enforcement of federal voting rights laws, administration of elections and voting equipment standards. President Donald Trump appointed him to the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity in 2017.
