June 9th Voter Information

For the public’s convenience, today Monday, May 11, 2020, the DeKalb County Voter Registration and Elections office will have two customer service stations for the purposes of accepting voter registration applications and checking a voter’s registration status between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:30 pm at 4380 Memorial Drive, Decatur, GA 30032. One station will be located near the entrance of the Voter Registration and Elections’ office while the other station will be located near the main entrance of the building near the DeKalb County Tag office.

May 11, 2020 – Last day for a person to register and be eligible to vote in the Presidential Preference Primary, General Primary, Nonpartisan, and Special Election and Runoff Election. O.C.G.A. §21-2-224

May 18, 2020 – Advanced In Person (Early) Voting begins for the Presidential Preference Primary, General Primary, Nonpartisan, and Special Election.O.C.G.A.§21-2-385

May 30, 2020 – Mandatory Saturday Voting for the Presidential Preference Primary, General Primary, Nonpartisan, and Special Election O.C.G.A.§21-2-385

Voters who have previously cast ballots in the presidential preference primary / special election originally scheduled for March 24, 2020, will receive a ballot that contains the races for the June 9, 2020, general primary and general nonpartisan election only.

Voters who have not yet cast a ballot in the 2020 presidential preference primary/special election will receive a ballot that contains both the presidential preference primary/special election races and the General Primary and general nonpartisan election races.
